How Can We Help?
This section allows users to preview all the potential matched candidates for all the input records. Users can filter this data to fine-tune the records they would like to review:
Accepted By: The user can sort the matched records by selecting a specific user under this field:
Session Filter: The user can apply filter by clicking on the Add Filter button. Session Filters allow users to refine the data presented based on their chosen filter(s):
By right-clicking on an individual record and choosing Undo Match Record, users can move this record from Preview Matched Data to the Low Confidence queue:
Users can undo match records in bulk, by going to Additional Actions and choosing Undo Match:
They can then choose from several filters and perform Undo Match Records to move multiple records to the Low Confidence queue in one action:
Users can see enrichment data by clicking on the Enrichment Data icon:
Users can also download any Preview Matched Data record in PFD format by clicking on the Download icon:
